You can choose any courier service to make the return. For this, you must contact the courier service of your choice directly to register the AWB.

Please note that on the AWB you must fill in the name from the order received.
Please make sure that the returned products are in the same condition in which they were delivered, are not worn and have the original labels attached.
The package must be sent within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order and its cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Note* We do not receive packages via the Romanian Post and with pickup from Easybox.
