This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.ufit.ro.

TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL collects personal data on its pages only with the voluntary consent of the user or client, for the following purposes:

• Validation, shipping, and invoicing of orders to them;

• Resolving cancellations or issues of any nature related to an order or contract, and to the products purchased by them;

• To ensure their access to the services offered;

• Sending periodic newsletters and/or SMS messages, exclusively in electronic format;

• Contacting them, at their voluntary request;

• Contacting them, for Customer Relations matters;

• Statistical purposes.

TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL may also involuntarily collect other data (IP address, time of visit, location of access, internet browser name and version, operating system, including other parameters) provided by the internet browser through which the site is accessed. This data may be used by UFIT ONLINE STORE SRL to improve the services offered to its Clients or Users, or for statistical purposes.

The Client has the right to object to the collection of their personal data and to request its deletion, thereby revoking the consent given for this document, and thus waiving any implicit right specified therein, with no subsequent obligation of either party to the other, and without either party being able to claim damages from the other.

By using the forms available on the site, the Client or User has the right to modify the data they initially declared to reflect any changes that may have occurred.

The TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL Privacy Policy refers only to data voluntarily provided by the client or user exclusively on the site. TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL is not responsible for the privacy policy practiced by any other third party that may be reached through links, regardless of their nature, outside the site.

TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL undertakes that the collected data of the Client/User will be used only in accordance with the stated purposes and will not disclose, sell, rent, license, transfer, etc., the database containing information related to the personal or special data of the User/Client to any third party not involved in fulfilling the stated purposes. An exception applies if the transfer/access/viewing/etc. is requested by authorized bodies in cases provided for by the regulations in force at the time of the event.

TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL guarantees that the personal data of a User, collected via the contact form, will only be used until the problem communicated by them is resolved, after which it will become exclusively statistical data. TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL is not responsible for failures that may endanger the security of the server hosting the database containing this data.

📝 INFORMATION NOTE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site, administered by TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL, has the obligation to safely manage and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself, a member of your family, or another person. The purpose of data collection is their use for invoicing the ordered products.

You are obliged to provide the data, as they are necessary for the creation of the invoice for the ordered products. Your refusal leads to the cancellation of the order.

The registered information is intended for use by the operator for the purpose of product delivery and is communicated only by You.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, the right to intervene over the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address the court. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of the data. If some of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible. To exercise these rights, you can send a written, dated, and signed request to the Complaints Department, at the e-mail address contact@ufit.ro. You are also recognized the right to address the court.
