The customer must notify his intention to return the purchased products, through the return form, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The cost of the return is fully borne by the customer.
After receiving the request, the customer sends the return package through any courier company (e.g. FAN Curier, Sameday, Urgent-Cargus, DPD, GLS) to the address specified in the
Return Form ( Click Here ).
If the customer has paid a shipping fee for the delivery of the order, it will NOT be refunded if the return of the respective order is requested.
If the customer wants another product (another size or model), the exchange is FREE*, within 30 calendar days! Any customer is entitled to one free exchange for each order received and must complete the
Exchange Form ( Click Here ).
For international orders, the return of the package is the responsibility of the customer and no free exchange is offered.
Return packages via the Romanian Post with pickup from the post office are not accepted under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICY:
The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer.
The Customer may return/exchange the purchased products, under the following conditions:
- The product must not be worn or washed and must have all labels intact;
- When handed over to the courier, the product must be packaged and sealed in the original box;
The Customer may return the purchased products free of charge, only in the following situations:
- The product does not comply with the specifications on the site;
- The package has severe damage;
- The products were delivered incorrectly (wrong size, different quantity/color from the order)
- If you wish to exchange the product for another one on the site, this can be done quickly through the "EXCHANGE PACKAGE" procedure. In this case, please contact us using the return form below:
Exchange form
The TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL customer cannot return the products purchased through a Contract, and/or cannot claim any other damages/compensation, if the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered (the product is used, does not have all the labels intact).
In the event of a refund of the product value, this will be made within 10 working days of receiving the return, provided that the Customer respects the item. TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL refunds the amounts mentioned by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by TEXTEL INDUSTRYSRL.
The value of additional services including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the customer for the return of the products, is not refunded.
Prizes in the form of vouchers, or TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL products, won as a result of competitions held by TEXTEL INDUSTRY SRL, are not returned. The only exceptions are products identified as non-compliant (manufacturing defect), or products sent incorrectly compared to those requested by the winner.
If the Customer receives one or more products as Free of Charge within the order, he is obliged to return them in full, if he wishes to return the order.
