Delivery method

Your order is delivered by express courier anywhere in Romania. For the delivery of the order, a shipping cost of 19.99 lei VAT included is charged. For orders greater than 699 lei, shipping is free. In addition, for the home delivery option with cash on delivery, an additional fee of 2.99 lei VAT included is charged. The delivery of products by the courier company does not include the option of opening the package in the presence of the carrier. If you later wish to change the order, you can do it for free 1 exchange for each order or you can return it and the return costs are the responsibility of the sender. For more details, please read the "Return Policy" section.

We also offer the Easybox delivery option, with free shipping regardless of the order value. This delivery option is available exclusively for online card payments. Please note that Easybox delivery is conditional on online card payment on our website.

We would like to point out that products ordered online will only be delivered to you via the courier company and we cannot accept your request to pick them up in person from our premises.

Delivery time
The delivery time of the order is between 2 and 5 working days from the date of its placement. Once accepted, we undertake to hand over the order to the courier as soon as possible. Exceptionally, during discount periods or during the Christmas and Easter holidays, the delivery time may be exceeded due to the large number of orders to be processed, both in terms of their preparation and in terms of the actual delivery by the courier company.

Receipt of products
When receiving the products from the courier, you are obliged to carefully check the integrity of the package. If you find that it is damaged and/or unsealed, there is a suspicion of damage and/or the absence of products in the package, you have the right to refuse to receive the order. Please contact us either at the e-mail address contact@ufit.ro or at the phone number 0741199800 to communicate your acceptance or refusal. In the latter case, if you made the payment online, you will be refunded the value of the products. The responsibility for affecting the conformity of the products during transport, as well as the lack of one or more products in the package, lies entirely with the carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused to the goods during transport, unless you inform us of their existence at the time of receipt of the products.
Please inform us of any aspects regarding possible defects/flaws of the goods within 24 hours of receiving them.
Accepting the delivery of the order from the courier represents your confirmation that you have received an intact, sealed package. In this case, please keep both the original packaging and labels of the products, as well as the documents that accompanied the order, for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, in the event that, later, within this time frame, you decide to return the goods.
From the date of delivery, all risks on the products are transferred to the Buyer.
